Somatic Support
Our nervous systems need to know how to regulate and ground in order to release stress, trauma, and pain. Somatic practices such as somatic movement, breath work, yoga, sounding, and dance movement can help to clear and release energy while creating more embodiment and resilience through your body, mind, and soul.
Somatic Support sessions are tailored to the needs to the individual but are focused on grounding the body, releasing energy, and bolstering internal support. I draw from a tool box that includes somatic movement, therapeutic yoga, dance movement, breath work, sounding, guided imagery, tarot, journaling, and energy work.
These sessions are done in person or can also be accommodated online.
